Q: What is included in the packages?
A: Each tour includes all flights (International and domestic), accommodation with breakfast, match tickets, select official merchandise, airport transfers and selected match transfers. We also have functions, meals and welcome drinks depending on the tour chosen
Q: Which Airlines are you working with?
A: We only work with major scheduled airlines, and always do our best to ensure connection times and overall flight duration is kept to a minimum. All flights are based on Economy class
Q: Can I upgrade my flight?
A: Yes, this is possible although dependant on availability at the time of booking. We can provide an upgrade cost for this at the time of enquiry. Different classes are available according to each individual airline
Q: Can you arrange a stopover pre or post tour?
A: Yes, absolutely. At the time of enquiry please let us know where you would like to go (or ask one of our helpful staff for suggestions) and we will look into availability and advise what the price will be
Q: Do you offer excursions and sightseeing trips?
A: Yes, there will be a good choice available, and nearer the time we will release our options. These can easily be added on to your booking
Q: Do you provide Travel insurance?
A: No, all customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. It is strongly recommended that this is done at the time of booking
Q: Do I need a visa to travel?
A: This varies depending on country, and we advise that you check the official www.gov.uk site to see what is required.
Q: What is required to secure my place?
A: This varies depending on packages booked. The deposit per person per Tour will be stated in the applicable Tour brochure
Q: What are the benefits of travelling with official Supporters Tours?
A: You will have exclusive access to past players, current staff and where possible squad players. The RFL are heavily involved and we are working with them on a programme to make this a trip of a lifetime.
Q: What is the difference in Tour Ambassadors and Tour Managers?
A: The tour Ambassadors will pass on their knowledge and experience of RL whilst the Tour Managers will be professional Tour operators who will make sure the event and tour runs smoothly.
Q: What are the benefits of buying a Glory Days Official England Supporters Tour package?
A: Clients can guarantee official match tickets for the games of their choice for an event that is traditionally over-subscribed.
Unlike a general sale, clients can confirm match tickets for the games of their choice from one source and have these packaged with return international flights, again of their choice, and with a range of hotel options if required.
The packages include return transfers from the airports to the hotels, internal travel, invites to official Glory Days Official Tour Supporters package events, official merchandise and support from staff during their stay.
Rugby League fans like to travel with like-minded fans, which are all part of the experience, with them staying in the same hotels, travelling together and sitting together at the matches to form the wall of white.
Q: I want to buy ticket only, can you help me?
A: We can offer more bespoke packages but we cannot offer ticket only. The packages can be wrapped in with fan experiences as a minimum but we recommend the longer and more inclusive tours as this will add to the overall experience.
Q: How do I receive my match tickets and other documentation?
A: We will keep in touch as the tour becomes closer – we expect to get a full package out to clients approximately one month prior to departure. We will have the tickets for the match on collection in Australia or New Zealand.
