RLWC 2021

We were once again delighted to be the Official International Fan Travel Provider for this event.

Glory Days were proud to be the Official International Fan Travel Provider for the Rugby League World Cup 2021, which successfully took place across England in 2022 after a one-year postponement. We delivered tailored travel packages to fans from all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe, providing an exceptional experience for supporters of the men’s, women’s, and wheelchair tournaments. Our services included accommodation, match tickets, transfers, exclusive fan events, and city experiences to immerse travellers in the host locations.

Our escorted group tours, particularly for fans of Australia and New Zealand proved especially popular, and we worked closely with Rugby League authorities, event organisers, and accommodation partners to ensure a smooth and memorable fan journey. We also helped supporters follow their team across multiple cities with flexible, multi-stop packages, and supported major matches including the opening day at St James’ Park, and the Final at Old Trafford. Glory Days were commended for attention to detail, fan communication, and the ability to adapt plans in a complex post-COVID environment.

We were once again delighted to be the Official Supporters Tours for this event.

A 7-day Tour filled with outstanding RL experiences, including one of the best Captains Runs the supporters had witnessed, combined with the stunning natural scenery of Colorado, it was topped off by England securing a win.

RLWC 2017

We are delighted to have been the official Travel package supplier for this event for England Rugby League. This gave customers exclusive player experiences, excellent seats at all Stadiums, and fantastic Tour Ambassadors throughout as well as the usual high-quality flight and accommodation inclusions. Located in Australia and New Zealand, it was one of Glory Days largest projects to date, with various elements involved in the organisation, but it was a great Event with everyone thoroughly enjoying themselves. Feedback has been exceptional, and we are proud to have given many people a genuine trip of a lifetime.

LEEDS RHINOS WCC2018

Soon after the RLWC2017 Glory Days managed the Official Rhinos Supporters packages to the World Club Challenge located in Melbourne and with some clients also taking in Sydney and the Wigan and Hull matches. A great success straight off the back of the RLWC, we arranged flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions and match tickets for avid Leeds Rhinos fans.

CHALLENGE CUP FINAL & MAGIC WEEKENDS

Glory Days have provided packages for these great events for a number of years. A far simpler package than our overseas tours, it involves hotel accommodation and match day tickets as well as some additional matchday experiences. We have taken over 5000 customers to these events, and whilst not as popular as a package now, we are proud to have had an involvement in them.
